The room is comfortable, good size, the cleaners do an excellent job, always very clean. The location is very good, it's in the business district but everything is easily accessible from there, the city center but also the beach side. Free parking in front of the hotel. Friendly stuff. Every day we got free water in the room. This Ibis has better standard than european Ibis.

I only stayed for a night and looked for a normal hotel in the Sharq area. It was perfect for the things I wanted to do in 24 hours. Room on 18 floor was small, but thats in all Ibis the same thing. View was wonderful. Everything in the room was clean and functional. Breakfast buffet ok. Small super market 50m away.Front desk service and infomration from Miss Charnilyn were very helpful (e.g. download Careem).

The absolutely amazing breakfast buffet and the very helpful and attentive staff. We had a bit of an issue with the transport from the airport to the hotel in the middle of the night. We, as well as the hotel staff, did our best to find a way to solve the matter. Accepting the slight delay, everything was sorted out and handled excellently!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is unbeatable, being very close to the city center and particularly convenient for visiting Alhamra and Alraya Mall. The hotel truly feels like the heart of the city, with everything you need right at your doorstep.

We’d like to thank the staff and the manager for celebrating our daughter’s birthday — the team was very kind and thoughtful. Special thanks as well to the staff member (don’t know his name but this gentleman) offered us a complimentary breakfast to make up for the past few days stay. It was a really kind and appreciated gesture.

Breakfasts are great. This place is a little gem in on the list of all hotels in Kuwait City. I have enjoyed my room, very confortable bed, everything super clean. Grrat room for 1 person, in 2 I guess there is no much space left.

Good size room, good shower. Very clean and comfortable. High level with great views of the sea was a real bonus. Friendly welcoming staff. We didn't make full use of eating facilities as there were restaurants and shops close by for us, but the food options looked very good.

Everything was fantastic. Breakfast was great with many vegetarian options (mostly Indian food) but varied every day. The hotel is well located and very close walking distance to a mall. Everything else was a short ride away with Careem. The staff was all amazing, helped with a lost bag issue and other questions I had. The shower head was very strong and made for a great shower. The staff that cleaned the room changed towels every day and provided bottles of water every day. The room had a working safe, fridge, and outlets. And the working desk was very good for laptop setup. No noise from the streets and good air conditioning. Bed was very comfortable.

How helpful and their staff is specially Mr. ahmed, he is so amazing person. Welcome you with a smile and always available 24/7 for any request. Also they try to do exceptions whenever they can
