Everything was fantastic. Breakfast was great with many vegetarian options (mostly Indian food) but varied every day. The hotel is well located and very close walking distance to a mall. Everything else was a short ride away with Careem. The staff was all amazing, helped with a lost bag issue and other questions I had. The shower head was very strong and made for a great shower. The staff that cleaned the room changed towels every day and provided bottles of water every day. The room had a working safe, fridge, and outlets. And the working desk was very good for laptop setup. No noise from the streets and good air conditioning. Bed was very comfortable.

The location is unbeatable, being very close to the city center and particularly convenient for visiting Alhamra and Alraya Mall. The hotel truly feels like the heart of the city, with everything you need right at your doorstep.

The location is very good, it's in the business district but everything is easily accessible from there, the city center but also the beach side. Free parking in front of the hotel. Friendly stuff. Every day we got free water in the room. This Ibis has better standard than european Ibis.

Transport from and to the airport is available at a convenient price. Rooms are clean and have more than space for a single traveller, which was my case. There is also the possibility to dine

We, as well as the hotel staff, did our best to find a way to solve the matter. Accepting the slight delay, everything was sorted out and handled excellently!
